My payment succeeded but credits are missing
Open Credits & Billing — returning from checkout re-checks the payment automatically. If credits still do not appear after a few minutes, email us the payment reference.
Guest sessions
Guest wallets live in the browser you created them in. Create an account to keep your credits and history safe across devices.
Reporting abuse
Use the Report Abuse page to flag content or tracking records that break the Rules & Acceptable Use agreement or your rights. We review every report and may remove content, suspend accounts or cooperate with lawful requests.
Which technology powers each service?
Payments are processed by Paystack and ads are served by Google. Gravix Studio operates the platform around them and does not own or claim ownership of those technologies. The Technology & Service Providers page has the full disclosure.
