Terms of Service

1. Your account

You may use Gravix Studio as a guest or with a registered account. Guest sessions are tied to the browser you created them in; if you clear your browser data that guest wallet cannot be recovered.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid, priced in Naira, service-specific and non-transferable between services. They do not expire while your account remains active.

Every payment is confirmed on our servers before credits are added.

3. Refunds

Credits already consumed are non-refundable. If a technical fault on our side prevents delivery of a paid unit, contact support and we will restore the credits.

4. Acceptable use

Before your first use of any service you must affirmatively accept the Rules & Acceptable Use agreement; we record the version, date and time of that acceptance. That agreement forms part of these Terms and is enforced before any service runs.

Gravix Studio is a platform for creators and businesses. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads, tracking information and intended use are lawful and that you hold the rights, permissions and consent required. You must also follow the rules of any platform you publish on, including TikTok and YouTube.

We may restrict or withhold services, remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests where required. Nothing in these Terms removes or overrides any legal responsibility we have under applicable law.

Do not use Gravix Studio to impersonate people, create deceptive media, harass anyone, commit fraud, or break any law.

Tracking numbers generated here are platform records for your own shipment updates. Presenting them as carrier-issued numbers, or using them to deceive buyers, is prohibited.

5. Service availability and third-party providers

Realtime and AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable or changed without notice. We may suspend a service to protect the platform or its users.

Gravix Studio is owned and operated by Olugbesan Alaba Emmanuel, also known as MoBword. Payments are processed by Paystack, and advertising is served by Google. Gravix Studio operates the interface, accounts, credit system, billing logic, safety controls and tracking tools only.

Gravix Studio does not own, create or claim ownership of those AI models, APIs, payment infrastructure, advertising technology or trademarks, and makes no claim of partnership, certification, endorsement or affiliation with those companies. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the credits you paid for in the 30 days before the claim.
