Rules & Acceptable Use
Version 2026-09-04.1 · Effective 4 September 2026. Every user must affirmatively accept this agreement before using any Gravix Studio service; we record the version, date and time of your acceptance.
Who this platform is for
Gravix Studio is a platform for creators and businesses. We provide the interface, accounts, credits, billing, safety controls and tracking tools, and we integrate external providers such as Paystack and Google for their respective services.
You decide what you create here. You are responsible for making sure your uploads, tracking information and intended use are lawful, and that you hold every right, permission and consent required — including consent from any person whose face, body, voice or likeness is involved.
What is prohibited
Illegal activity of any kind, fraud, scams, phishing or deceptive commercial practices.
Impersonating a real person, brand, official or organisation, and any non-consensual or deceptive use of someone's face, body, voice or likeness.
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content that endangers or exploits anyone.
Infringing copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or other intellectual property you do not own or have permission to use.
Presenting Gravix Studio tracking numbers as carrier-issued numbers, or using shipment records to mislead buyers.
Abuse of the platform: automated scraping, credit or rewarded-ad manipulation, multiple accounts to evade limits, and any attempt to bypass, disable or probe platform safeguards, limits or protections.
Other platforms' rules apply too
If you publish or distribute what you create here, you must also follow the rules of the platform you publish on — including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and any other applicable service — plus their disclosure requirements for synthetic or AI-generated media.
Enforcement
Gravix Studio may restrict or withhold services, remove prohibited content, reverse abusive credit activity, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where we are required to do so.
We may act with or without prior notice when there is a risk of harm, illegality or platform abuse. Where practical we will tell you what happened and why.
Reporting abuse
If you believe content or a tracking record created here breaks these rules or your rights, report it through the Report Abuse form and we will review it.
Scope of this agreement
This agreement supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing here removes, limits or overrides any legal responsibility Gravix Studio has under applicable law, and nothing here waives rights you have that cannot be waived. Where applicable law conflicts with these rules, the law prevails.
Gravix Studio is owned and operated by Olugbesan Alaba Emmanuel, also known as MoBword.
