We do not own, create or claim ownership of the AI models, APIs, payment infrastructure or advertising technology described below, and we do not claim any partnership, certification, endorsement or affiliation with the companies named. Payment processing for Naira credit purchases

Checkout, card handling and payment confirmation are performed by Paystack. Gravix Studio never sees or stores your card details; we only receive a payment reference, amount and status, which we verify before adding credits.

Display advertising and rewarded ads that unlock free usage

Display ad slots and rewarded ad units are served by Google. Free usage is granted only after Google reports a legitimate reward event for a completed rewarded ad. The ad technology and delivery belong to Google.

User accounts and profile management
The credit system, service wallets and immutable credit ledger
Service orchestration — routing your request to the right provider and returning the result
Billing logic, pricing, packages and reconciliation of usage
Safety controls, usage limits, abuse prevention and consent requirements
The Tracking Center and its shipment timeline tools
Support, documentation and platform administration

How a request flows

01You unlock usage — either by watching a Google rewarded ad or by buying credits in Naira through Paystack.
02You start a service in the Gravix Studio interface, such as creating a shipment in the Tracking Center.
03Gravix Studio checks your balance and limits, reserves the credits needed and forwards the request to the relevant provider.
04The relevant provider performs the work and returns the result to your browser through the Gravix Studio experience.
05We bill only confirmed usage, release any unused reservation and record the movement in your credit ledger.

Responsible use

Tracking numbers created here are Gravix Studio platform records for your own shipment updates — they are not carrier-issued numbers and must not be presented as DHL, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier's numbers.
